Meet Roseland Multi Academy Trust

Roseland MAT needed to recruit governors. It’s not an easy role, it’s unpaid, and quite a commitment. Plus many people assume that to be a governor you need to come from a certain background or have certain skills.

So we needed to dispel those myths, get people excited about the opportunity, and show how they can genuinely make a difference.

What we did:

Research and understanding

Interviews with the team and governors to deeply understand what it’s like to be governor.

Messaging

To focus on challenging outdated notions of what being a governor is like, and show that it is an incredibly rewarding role.

Copywriting

Poster, booklet and web page to give the trust a suite of marketing collateral.
