Meet PAH
Based in Hampshire, but working across the UK, PAH do brilliant work in retrofit, bringing the UK’s tired and inefficient housing stock up to 21st century standards, making them way more energy efficient.
They had hired Building Relations PR to help build their reputation, highlight the impact their work was having, and show that they’re committed to making a positive difference. They needed a Rallying Cry and website to match. BR brought us on to help.
“We’re not a typical building company. We needed something that summed up our ethos, showed our capabilities, and to differentiate ourselves from the normal perception of grubby builders”
Trevor Wilkins and Mark Cuttriss, directors at PAH.

What we did:
Research and understanding
With founders, the team and clients. Both staff and clients stick with them, some for more than 25 years, and we needed to understand why.
Messaging
To give everyone a clear idea of how to talk about what PAH do, and why it matters.
Website
Planning, content gathering, copywriting, and support for build working with Lyfe Studio.
Case studies
To show off the transformations their work creates, and give them a blueprint to create more in the future (case studies, not transformations… they’re already very good at those)
What was it like working with us?

“Working with Amy was very painless, we liked the way she worked with our PR agency and website designer. If we were to recommend her (and we would) we’d say Amy is thought provoking, energetic and a bloody good wordsmith.”
The results

And Natalie, the Sustainability Director at Building Relations PR had this to say about the project:
“Amy did a fantastic job capturing the essence of PAH’S approach to construction. It was extremely well received by PAH and I would 100% recommend Amy to anyone looking to create engaging website copy and really get under the skin of a brand.”
